Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the AwA Studio website and application. By using the product, you agree to them.
Operator identity
These Terms are between you and Ahmad Abdel Qader, an individual based in Jordan and the operator of AwA Studio. AwA Studio, we, us, and our refer to the product operator.
AwA Studio is not currently a registered company or separate legal entity.
Product and license
AwA Studio is standardized downloadable Windows software offered by subscription. A subscription grants one account holder a limited, personal, non-transferable license for one Kick account and up to two Windows devices.
The subscription includes the Windows software license and features only. AwA Studio does not sell audience media access or collect money for creators.
You may not share or resell access, bypass activation, copy the application, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.
Trial, subscription, and renewal
AwA Studio costs $12 USD per month and includes a one-time 7-day free trial. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown before purchase confirmation.
A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial. The subscription then renews automatically each month unless canceled before the trial or current period ends. Paddle shows taxes and the final amount before purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the customer portal linked from your account. Access continues until the paid period ends unless the payment is refunded or access is revoked for a violation.
Refund requests follow the published Refund Policy, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law or the payment provider’s terms.
Acceptable use
You must use AwA Studio lawfully and only with accounts you own or are authorized to use. Unauthorized access, infringement, or use that violates third-party terms is prohibited.
AwA Studio does not sell followers, viewers, or artificial engagement and may not be represented or used for that purpose.
Third-party services
Some functions depend on independent services such as Kick, Streamlabs, OBS, Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub. Those services may change or become unavailable outside our control.
All third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Integration does not imply sponsorship or partnership.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for AwA Studio orders and handles card data, tax, invoicing, payment processing, and customer billing. Paddle’s identity and terms are shown before payment.
AwA Studio does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Availability, updates, and liability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the product, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party integrations. Features may change for technical, security, or platform-related reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost streams caused by external service outages. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, while preserving mandatory consumer rights in the user’s jurisdiction.
