This Policy explains the information needed to operate the account, application, and subscription.
Data controller
AwA Studio is operated and its data is controlled by Ahmad Abdel Qader, an individual based in Jordan. Contact support@awastudio.me.
Information we process
We may process your display name, email, account ID, subscription status, Kick account information you choose to connect, a hashed device identifier, application version, service settings, and support records.
Infrastructure providers may temporarily process IP addresses, browser details, and security logs for operation and protection. We do not use an IP address as a permanent license identifier.
How we use information
We use information for authentication, account linking, subscription and device management, product features, support, fraud prevention, service security, and legal compliance.
Service providers and sharing
Authentication and data use Supabase, hosting uses Vercel, and releases use GitHub. Kick, Streamlabs, and OBS may be involved when you choose those features.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment, tax, invoice, and billing data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell user data or share it for advertising.
Payment data
The AwA Studio website and application do not see or store full card numbers or security codes. Paddle handles that information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and storage
We use necessary cookies and storage for sign-in sessions, security, and language preferences. We do not currently use advertising trackers.
Retention and security
We retain data while needed to provide accounts and subscriptions, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when retention is no longer necessary.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and account deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to certain processing by emailing support@awastudio.me. Limited records may be retained where required by law or dispute resolution.
International transfers and updates
Our providers may process information in other countries using safeguards available to them. We will update this Policy when our processing changes or an important provider is added.
