Refund Policy
We want the trial and every charge to be clear before you subscribe.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days. If you cancel before it ends, the monthly subscription charge will not be collected.
First payment
A new subscriber may request a refund of the first successful payment within 7 calendar days of the charge date. This window begins after the trial ends and the first payment succeeds, not when the account is created.
Renewal payments
Monthly renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new period begins. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges, persistent technical inability to access the product, and cases where applicable law or the payment provider requires a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@awastudio.me from the address linked to your account and include the payment date and reason. We normally respond within 48 hours.
Refund processing and access
The payment provider returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Paid access may end and renewal will be canceled after an approved refund.
This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
